I have over 15 years main dealer experience, working upto service manager. I started with Skoda in 2006 and achieved master technician in 2012, at the time the youngest master tech within the VW group, in 2016 I entered the Skoda diagnostic challenge and came 1st in the UK, later going onto represent the UK in the international finals where I came 2nd. Since then I have come 1st in the UK another 3 times. Im passionate about diagnosing and repairing vehicles to the highest of standards, my goal is to make sure every customer that comes to the garage understands clearly what the issues are with the car and what repairs are needed. From this I aim to achieve excellent customer service.
